Vibration injury

Vibration White Finger (VWF) and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) are conditions caused by exposure to vibratory power tools. They can cause discomfort, tingling, numbness and whiteness in the fingers. The greater and more frequent the exposure, the more severe the symptoms. There is no effective treatment once these type of conditions have developed apart from removal from the source of exposure.
