At Amwells we will explore all funding options with you to ensure that you are not liable to pay anything to pursue your claim , either for your own costs or for those of your opponent.

"No win No Fee" has become the shorthand phrase for a conditional fee agreement (CFA) whereby a solicitor agrees that no fees will be charged in the event that a claim is not successful. You need to ensure that any such arrangement will also provide that no fees are chargeable if you are successful.

If appropriate we will enter into a CFA with you. In the vast majority of cases we would in such circumstances make no charge to you whether you are successful or not.

There may however be rare occasions when due to the circumstances of the particular case a charge may have to be made. Any client will be advised of this possibility well in advance of such a charge being incurred and will be given the opportunity to decide whether to proceed.
